Most workouts require nothing but your partner for resistance. Some of our trainings can be enhanced with a yoga mat and resistance bands.

Of course! We support all love. We are simply promoting Black love because our community needs an extra dose of it. We have couples of all preferences, shapes and shades in the SOS community!
How long are the workouts?
Each level is about 1 hour, but that includes the instruction portion with Coach Micah demonstrating all the moves. Once you learn the movements, all of our workouts are designed to be done in short 20-30 minute sessions.
